Another solid offering from Ashley. I have to admit to being more interested in the secondary storyline than the primary one. Iona did that thing - that god-awful 'I'm a woman in a paramance novel so I must be in denial and pig-headedly stubborn to fill in time before the
plot gets interesting' thing that I've read a million times and just winds me up. Every. Fucking. Time. And then she just... caved in like a sinkhole. Le sigh.
Aside from that, the major story arc is progressing nicely and although I'm not entirely convinced about the speed of the new guy's integration into society I will suspend judgment because he has cool hair.
